How do I get a ticket refund?

At Discotech, we do not sell any tickets ourselves. We are merely affiliates for various ticketing providers and put their links on our app to create a centralized platform for you to buy tickets to your favorite shows. You will need to reach out to whichever ticketing provider you bought the tickets from (Eventbrite, TIXR, UvTix, SeeTickets, Electrostub, Ticketmaster, TicketWeb, etc) to get a refund, if applicable.  The ticket you received in your email should inform you who your ticketing provider is. The refund process depends on a case-by-case basis as well, so please be sure to read the Terms and Conditions and the fine print before purchasing a ticket.

As a last resort, you can can re-sell your ticket online or to walkup customers who are waiting in line to purchase tickets at the door. Worst case, you unfortunately eat the cost of the tickets if you cannot get a refund or re-sell them.
