How do I cancel my table or guestlist reservation if I can no longer make it?

If you need to cancel your table reservation, you can always do so by texting us on our help line phone number. However, the easiest way to do so is as follows:

On Mobile App: Go to the Bookings tab at the bottom menu, then Tables tab, then click on your reservation and scroll down and click the “Cancel” button at the bottom of the screen. We’ll handle the rest!

On Website: Navigate to the top right corner and click on your name, then click on the My Bookings button in pulldown menu. You’ll then see the reservation in your Upcoming tab. Click on your reservation and scroll down to the “Cancel Reservation” button at the bottom right of the screen. We’ll handle the rest!

For guestlist reservations, you can click on the Bookings tab on either the app or website, and click Cancel – same process as cancelling your table.
